Had an amazing time with friends! We ice-skated at Bryant Park and enjoyed the iconic tree lighting. The hotel had a great breakfast and evening receptions, with food and drinks to match. Staff was super friendly and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Definitely a memorable trip!

Unfortunately, we faced a shower leak that wasn't fixed during our stay. It created a minor hazard in the bathroom, which was disappointing.

The allure of spending the holidays in New York City comes alive with ice skating at Bryant Park and the delicious gingerbread houses from William Poll. Our stay felt homely with the incredible staff, especially after they surprised us with champagne for my husband's birthday!

My kids wished for better family room configurations.

Awesome location and friendly staff

The views from my 19th-floor room were killer, especially of Times Square. Breakfast was top-notch, even if it cost a bit extra. The staff was super helpful, like when they helped us snag a taxi with all our bags. Only bummer? The smaller toilet in one of the rooms could be better.
